Canada Day Celebrations at Stettler Museum

Enjoy free admission to the Stettler Town and Country Museum on Friday, July 1 where you can see various agriculture demonstrations such as:

Horse powered hay press starting at 10:30am behind train station

Blacksmith starting at 12pm at pole shed #1

Outdoor exhibit of cars/trucks and the speeder rides throughout the dayCraft station starts at 11am at Whetsel School

Along with that, you can enjoy a Pancake Breakfast from 9:00a.m. to 11a.m, $5/person.  Following breakfast take part in some great family activites from 11a.m. to 5p.m. including bubble soccer, blow up obstacle course, rat race game, face painting, puppet show, free hot dogs and more!  (Events will be held at Rec Centre if raining)

After your day of fun at the Museum, you can head over to West Stettler Park to enjoy the evening events which include cupcakes at 7:00p.m., music by “Loose Change” at 8p.m. followed by a fantastic fireworks display at dusk!  Happy Canada Day!

Parking available at the Stettler Sports Park parking lot (tractor wagon rides available from Sports Park to museum), Spray Park parking lot (access the museum from back gate) or County of Stettler admin building.
