SCHOOL SPECIAL TO BIG VALLEY (Diesel)
This trip lasts five (5) and one-half hours, and travels to the Village of Big Valley which once served as a railway divisional point for the Canadian Northern Railway — Canada’s other national railway. This Alberta Prairie Railway trip is developed for school classes as an attractive year-end educational outing. Big Valley is a better fit for the Grade 4 curriculum with its large number of historic buildings, museums and original Main Street and Railway Ave. Includes a cafeteria style hot dog lunch, live entertainment, visits to museums, and railway infrastructure plus much more. Please note train robberies are not a part of these education offerings.
